Trento, 19th March 2017
“This team deserves a big hug and an applause for what it was able to do after an extremely difficult first set – this was the first comment of Trentino Volley’s coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the match -. Boys were able to stay together, to keep calm and to play with passion without losing heart as they were facing difficulties at the beginning of the match. I hope this is an important victory for the series but I’m deeply convinced that in order to defeat Perugia we’ll have to improve several aspects of our game, because during trainings we are able to better express ourselves and we deserve to play in a better way. We need to improve service: although today it didn’t fulfil our expectations we were able to face this challenge in a head-to-head match”. In six days, on Saturday March 25th ( 6 p.m. – live broadcast by RAI Sport + HD and Radio Dolomiti, the second match of the series at PalaEvangelisti in Perugia. Next home match for the yellow-blue team is scheduled for Tuesday March 28th at 8.30 p.m.: it is the first match of semi-final of 2017 CEV Cup against Fenerbahce Istanbul.
